John Freeston
« on: Sunday 15 November 15 22:09 GMT (UK) »
I am trying to find the marriage of John FREESTON or FRIESTONE and Catherine, surname unknown. I think they may have been married in Barrowby around 1790 or just before. They had a son Henry in 1808 and a son John in 1805. Any help appreciated.

Hi it is only a transcription of Lincolnshire Marriage Index, so what I provided is all there is on it?

Many thanks

You would be extremely lucky to find even the fathers named, let alone anything else prior to 1837!

Hi
The family you posted in the 1841 census could be correct but how do I prove it? I think I need to try and find a death of Catherine as in 1841, John seemed to be living with his son. They certainly had a son Edward, who had his own family in the 1841 census and he comes back through the line to present day! It does get very frustrating!!
