Looks like the 1841/1844 Burials I posted are William/Mary from this Census may be Parents of Silas.

Hopefully someone can confirm this

Witnesses on Silus Thornton and Elizabeth Phillips marriage were Martha Thornton, she signed with X, and William Stedman.

Their banns were read for three consecutive weeks 10th - 24th July 1836, at the Parish Church, Llanvairwaterdine, so little bit of delay until their marriage in February 1837

Thomas Thornton, 1792 Knighton, Radnorshire, Wales, Husband

This is the likely Marriage for William who possibly died 1841;
14 November 1807

Likely second Marriage given age difference of William/Mary from Census
Could this Thomas above be a Son of a 1st Marriage I wonder.
