Going back to Jane Owens /Jared  Nicholson jnr
The only census I can find with a mother named Emma is this. I can`t find the family before or after. 
Are you able to confirm this is the correct family.

1851 Mill St Holyhead , all b Holyhead

Jared at "Millbank" and Jane at "Rock Street" in 1861.

Rock Street runs into Millbank.

Should it be 55 /56 but the image does look like 3. 1851 is a 4.

1841 - Owen/Emma Owens and older children at Baptist Chapel Street, Holyhead HO107, 1364, 3, 64, 14/15.
Owen Owen - 30, Emma Owen - 30, Elizabeth Owen - 14, Mary Owen - 11, Edward Owen - 4, William - 1. All born Anglesey, Owen is described as 'Ag lab'.

Birth registrations for the younger children:
William son of Owen Owens and Emma Prichard 5 Aug 1839
John son of Owen Owens and Emma Prichard 19 Jul 1842
Jane dau. of Owen Owen and Emma Prichard 17 Sep 1845

John's death registration has - 24 July 1842, age 5 days at Baptist Chapel Street, Holyhead, son of labourer Owen Owens. Informant Owen Owens.
