Yes I found a baptism of a William Baldwin in Dec 1839 bapt at Kilmichael and the address of the baby is Monycusker?

BUT can that be my baby William who says he was born at Doughcloyne??

Would Doughcloyne have its own church etc?, if so, why go to Monycusker, unless something to do with Uncle Henry??? Speculation I know!

He registered in the army with an address of Doughcloyne but was he born there?? Doughcloyne is now in Cork city so there would have been a church nearby

Thank you, I have now seen that.

I have just found that Doughcroyle was a house and not a town!
