Who is Lizzie?

Me personally, I am struggling with various aspects of this one. The only John Hugh Shelly Bailey that I can find is showing as 40 years old, born in Aston in th 1911 census. Was it mis-transcribed?

With such a precise copy of names, I would suspect they are related, the 1871 one born in Aston could be uncle of the one born in 1905.
I think little J H S Bailey is just down as John in 1911

On 1891 census, John H S Bailey and William H Bailey are brothers and both assistant gas fitters, their father is John C(harles) Bailey - Curator? gas fitter. John C is married but no wife with him. His sister in law Eliza Sutton married 58 is in the household.
