Is there anyway I can find living relatives for Harold & Jessie Webb (Rudge)?

Referring to the possible son of Harold & Jessie Webb (Rudge)? His DOB is March 1939. I have his parents listed as living in Heath Lane on the 1939 register but he's not on it. Do you know what part of '39 the census was taken?

One other thing, Harold died in 1992 in Birmingham, how would I find out where he's buried?

Harold died in 1992 in Birmingham, how would I find out where he's buried?

Do you know for certain he was buried rather than cremated?

Exactly whereabouts in Birmingham was he living when he died as that would help determine the location of any burial/cremation.   You can then contact the cemetary in that area

Sadly, We have no idea where he died.

Just to confirm that he's buried in Old Church (all saints church) in west bromwich. In case anyone else is looking for this info .
