Yep, same info as i have already got. Thank you though.

Thing is.. Matilda and William Henry ( which is written on census just very faint ) werent married in the census of 1891, got married in 1892. And no father on Elizabeth Mauds BC.  Of course they listed themselves as married, but they actually werent and hes not on the birth certificate either. So the reason for this post was to try and find who was at the address listed on E.M's Birth Certificate in 1891 ( which is different to where E.M was, but same area ) which might lead me to clues as to her father.  That area is a mess quite honestly, loads of name changes of roads, but im pretty sure park-row was park terrace which makes number 5 uninhabited :(

Hi  :)
given that you have the adress on your g grandmothers birth cert (5 Park Row, Penrhiwtyn), it might be worth seeing if electoral roll/register exist for this address in 1890. The family living there on the 1891 census may not have been there the year before.
I dont know where you can access the registers, perhaps the Swansea Archives could help, or some other rootschatter may know if they exist online?

"Park Row" may have been the local, or even family, name for "Park Terrace"

My thinking was that park row was indeed park terrace. Park terrace was uninhabited in 1891 - not sure how to look up the electoral register for 1890 though, i didnt think they existed then.

I was interested I this as

I have a 1907 newspaper report that great grandma's baby was taken to be cared for by a Mrs Bell of 7 Albert ROW
Penrhhiewtyn

If this was an alternative name for Park Row the families would have been neighbours...I.d like to find the name of the little girl and if she took on the surname Bell or kept mothers n surname Roberts

Also just to know what kind of houses they were .
