I would say that surname could well be Elders. If you look at the name above that, it is obviously Farmer and the e and r are joined in the same way as the letters in Elders.

I was looking at that Farmer name also, nice to see someone thinking the same.

The Jordan's in 1901
Robert has died but the address is the same as the marriage and the son Richard is a bookmaker.

Son Robert is a plumber, is that how Jane and Charles met.

Margaret's brother is an Adams
And Richard is living with Adams in 1911 as nephew

So Jane Elders' parents are Robert Jordan and Margaret Adams.
