Budds family of Timogue

Hi all, Looking for parents of Thomas Budds who was a County Coroner up to the time of his death in 1817. He appears to have been quite wealthy, owning a corn mill or two and building a large home at Timogue. He was born around 1750 in Whitebog.  I have details of his death, a photo of his home but cannot find his parents. Please help.
