If he is your grandfather then you will know the maiden name of the person he married.  Presume the F stands for Frederick as per his 1903 birth registration?

You can use freebmd to search for Harris births with that mothers maiden name and then use freebmd to search for marriages etc for any descendants

If your grandfather was born in 1903 - is it likely that his sister is still alive and living in Wales?

Hi

What I am trying to say is that unless his sister was born a very long time after him - she will be dead by now.  You haven't given any name for her so how can anybody search for her to establish when and where she married/died?

You just say "Wales" whereabouts in Wales and where did that info come from?

You need to look at the 1911 entry for Thomas to find the names of his siblings at that time.  Any births from the September qtr of 1911 will show his mothers maiden name against the entry so that will give you the names of any siblings born after 1911

Use freebmd to look for marriages for the female siblings
