Marriage records don't tend to give mother's maiden name Birth records tend to do that

Brilliant thanks for that, may I ask a favour ? John Wood bn Grantham 1859 wed a Sarah A but can not find any records at all, she from Corringham , Lincs,  1881 John is Lodger in house of David & Sarah A Langton, it looks like she ran off with John Wood, because they are together in the next census but with children, could you try and find the marriage for me please, the year range must be 1881 up to 1891, they are possibly just living as man & wife ?
