A quick search for Jonas brings up the first family

Still in Dudley, with his parents. Mum is recorded as Hannah (as she is in the 1861 you have posted)

There are several John Woodalls of right age bn Dudley, on 1871, all with wives called Elizabeth! 

One of them may be the John Woodall that you have listed in 1861, having remarried? His children (from 1st marriage, on the 1861) will all be grown up. His sister Hannah has married Wood. his father is living with her in 1871. I expect his other siblings have their own homes and families too.

Were you wanting them all looked for in 1871 (or, as your heading says, 1881 and 1891)?

But, if you are doing extensive research on all branches of the family,  it looks as if it would be well worth your while taking out a subscription to a suitable site so you can hunt the censuses yourself.
