Hetty's sister (Grace Childs) died in 1935, her husband was called William John Childs. So perhaps Hetty married her dead sister's husband.

Hetty Keely Childs died 1 Jan 1958, Ashford Hospital, Stanwell Staines.

1925 Kelly's directory of Mitcham shows an Ernest Huntingford living at 100 Church Road Merton and a Mrs Huntingford living at 215 Church Road Mitcham.

Grandparents Family lived in Worplesdon which explains the death for James in Guildford. :D

I think you'll unfortunately find James died in the Brookwood Mental Asylum

Lunacy Patients Admissions Registers, National Archives, Class: MH 94; Piece: 28
Jas Huntingford admitted 13 Dec 1889 and died 28 July 1890
The entry (which is viewable on ancestry) says he was admitted to Surry Asylum which I believe was Brookwood.  Ancestry Public Trees list it as that.

The death certificate would probably confirm for definate if it was him.  From experience as my 2xGGfather spent 46 years in asylums in Essex, they normally include as residence the address they were admitted from.
