I am seeking 3 WEDDELL/WADDELL brothers:
They were last listed together on the 1861 census at Balleny Farm House,Currie,Midlothian.
(& yes I have posted there as well)
They were living with their father John Weddell & step mother Mary and four 1/2 siblings.
They are as follows:
Thomas Weddell born c1840 at Dunse ,Berwickshire.
James Weddell born Oct 1844 at Fala,Midlothian
Robert Weddell born Jun 1847 at Lauder,Berwickshire.
I am beginning to think they immigrated…but to where, who knows.
