Dear all,Many thanks to Annette7 and KGarrad.Richard Neath(b.~1788) married Elizabeth Yates in 1819 Huntingdonshire..kind regards Ivorglyn

The marriage was in Morborne, Hunts and Elizabeth was of the parish of Peterborough, Northants (per Hunts Marriage Index)

Dear Bedfordshire boy,Yes I had the marriage place as Morborne.On the 1851E census Northamptonshire Richard Neath's wife Elizabeth is down as born Ketton Rutland about 1795.Do you know where she was born?..kind regards Ivorglyn

1851-61-71 censuses all give her birthplace as Ketton, Rutland so at least there's consistency. Birth between 1794-97. But I can't see an Elizabeth Yates baptism in that time frame in Ketton.

Dear all,There are 28 baptisms for Yates in Ketton cum Tixover in the 1700s ranging from 1733 to 1798.There are 2 in the 1790s:John Peter Yates 17 july 1792 parents John Yates and Ann,Dorothy Yates 15/july 1798 parents John Yates and Ann.I wonder if Elizabeth Yates b.Ketton ~1795 had parents John Yates and Ann?..kind regards to all Ivorglyn

Dear all,I found an Elizabeth Yates b.Empingham,Rutland 1796 with parents Mary Ann Hare and Thomas William Yates.Ketton is only a few miles from Empingham and there are many records on the public member trees on ancestry but noone seems to know if this Elizabeth married...regards to all..ivorglyn

I think they're actually adjoining parishes, less than four miles apart, and the date is right, so it's a distinct possibility, although why she should consistently say that she was born in Ketton is a concern. A bigger concern is that I can find no such baptism in 1796 so wonder where you've found this. If it was one of the numerous trees on Ancestry all without a baptism date I wonder where they got the information from.

You've a lot of work to do to prove that she was the Elizabeth who married in Hunts, which will involve checking Empingham parish register to confirm her existence, and then to see if there's a burial which might rule her out. At the moment it's pure speculation.
