There are a few trees on Ances With this gentleman on I'd guess there close to the family as they have pictures of his parents.

Hello i contacted the tree owner and explained the link you had come across and got this reply,

"Thank you very much for the info. He is in fact my great grand uncle.

I will make contact with Val. There maybe someone else with closer pedigree but I am so thrilled that this certificate has come to light.
