frances/ fanny middle, born in churton also known as church pulverbatch in shropshire in 1878. 1911 was a cook in bromley, kent. married charles needham, sept 1915. i cant find a death listing for her anywhere. can anyone help with this? her parents names were thomas or thos middle and harriet middle nee glover. many thanks.

Her birth reg is Fanny but she married as Frances. 

There are 2 Fanny Needham deaths - one b about 1877 died 1951 the other about 1878 died 1954

There is a Frances Needham death in 1958 - birthyear about 1877

None are in the Bromley or Hampshire areas but unless you know for certain where the couple lived in later years there is no way of knowing if she is one of those entries.

There doesn't seem to be a WW1 death for Charles

Have you looked for a Fanny/Frances Needham marriage as she may have re-married after Charles died

There is an Olive M Middle birth in 1915 in Bromley - mmn also Middle.  As the marriage to Needham was in the September qtr I assume Olive was illegitimate

wow, youve found quite a bit there. that would be her second illegitimate child. her first(my grandfather) was being brought up by her parents back in church pulverbatch. i havent checked for a remarriage, i will try that now. thank you very much for your help, im new to this, ive found a lot , but still struggle with knowing exactly where to look. many thanks, liz.

It may be that buying her marriage certificate to Charles might help in finding him before the marriage.    Without knowing his age we have plenty of choices.

also i cant find fanny middle as she still was then, in the 1901 census anywhere! she was not at home with her parents, as ive found them.

She is in Fulham in 1901 RG13 piece 63 folio 32 page 3
Ancestry have her transcribed as Fanny Kiddle
