my great aunt Mary Catherine Dickson nee Coughlan died 12 Dec 1934. Aged 76yrs.Widow of William Alexander Dickson. Methodist Minister. She was buried in Evergreen Brooklyn.  1920 census shows her living at 121, Anstis st, Oyster Bay Township, Election District 5, Nassau New York. She had issue as follows:
William A (Nov 1888), Elizabeth (Dec 1891), Walter H (Jan 1894), James E (June 1897). 1920 census shows only James E still resident with her. He worked on a large estate in NYS. William A was a car salesman. It is possible that the elder two sons died in the late 1960's or 1970's. Any information on her family or of any subsequent family issue would be greatly appreciated.

Man Arraigned For Desecrating Nassau Church -

James E. Dickson. S3, of 81 Anstice street. Oyster Bay, was awaiting the grand Jury today after being arraigned in the first district court at Mineola yesterday morning on a charge of malicious injury to a place of worship. Dickson, a Oyster Bay laborer, was arrested Saturday morning by
detectives Francis Sullivan and William Garret of the second squad. The arrest was made after a complaint was filed charging Dickson with breaking into the Christ Episcopal church of Oyster Bay and taking the money from the poor box, stealing the candles from the altar and drinking the sacramental wine.
At yesterday's arraignment Dickson Waived examination.
