Mildred Maud Rayson

Looking for military information for Mildred Maud Rayson born 1891 Lancashire England died 1984 in San Diego CA. Her memorial stone at the El Coming Memorial Park states US Army. Any help appreciated.

Starting from freebmd, birth appears to be September qtr 1891, Barton upon irwell

You could ask a moderator to move it to WW1 or , depending on how much info you have on her , to the United States board if that would be better ?
