Greetings and Thank you all.  I am still getting used to using this but I am going to investigate everything you sent me.  Some information I found using the Free Find My Past weekend.  Let me take in everything you sent and I am sure we will be chatting again.

There are quite a lot of Saville connections in the Halifax area of Yorkshire. It might be worth trying to find the Julius Saville born Leeds, who worked as a stonemason, and work back that way. As most of Lancashire is next to Yorkshire, "border-hopping" of families happens quite a lot.
Threlfall (Southport), Isherwood (lancs & Canada), Newbould + Topliss(Derby), Keating & Cummins (Ireland + lancs), Fisher, Strong& Casson (all Cumberland) & Downie & Bowie, Linlithgow area Scotland . Also interested in Leigh& Burrows,(Lancashire) Griffiths (Shropshire & lancs), Leaver (Lancs/Yorks) & Anderson(Cumberland and very elusive)
