I’d be grateful for some help with the first few lines in Latin please -
then thankfully it changes into English.

I think it says Henry Hurst is 58 years old?

Henricus Hurst parish of Prestbury  ………..58 years…

….               that uppon the eight daye
of November last past ^ or thereabout ^ the deceadent George Hurst
beinge then of good and perfect sence memorie and
understandinge did utter and declare his will ^in words^ as
followeth, or the same in effecte viz hee the sayd
deceadent did disclaime from the Tanne yard
