Hi
Ok got it now. Jesse J was born 1930 the son of a father ? Lloyd and mother's maiden name Pepper. Registration  district Llanelly vol 11a page 1705
You can order this birth certificate from the GRO which would give you his father's name, occupation and address, also his mother's full name. at the time of his birth.
Marriages 1910 to 1930 there is only this one

Marriages December 1/4 1918

Ernest W Lloyd  to Sara A Pepper reg dist. Carlisle vol 10b page 988

Hi
I just added a marriage to my original post which could be the one but it wasn't in Wales. Also there are quite a few births on FreeBMD to a couple father Lloyd mother's maiden name Pepper. 3 in Wales and the others in Chester.
Take a look and see if you know any of the names
I can't post them in case any of them are still living.

1901  RG13 piece 5205 folio 49 page 21
Llanfyllin Montgomeryshire
Joseph D Lloyd  50 Railway engine driver Welshpool, Montgomeryshire
Bertram N Lloyd  17 blacksmith apprentice Oswestry, Shropshire
Helen M Lloyd  15 Oswestry, Shropshire
 Hilda Jane Lloyd  13
Ernest W Lloyd  11 born Oswestry, Shropshire, England
Beatrice M Lloyd  7 Llanfyllin, Monmouthshire
 Mary Lloyd  49 Peckforton, Cheshire,

So it looks like Joseph and Mary moved back to Wales after the birth of Ernest and before that of Beatrice.

To be sure this is the correct family you need Jesse Jame's birth certificate and then the marriage certificate of his parents that are named on it. It could be Ernest and Sarah but you need to be sure.
