Not sure about what you've posted as you haven't specified if this is supoosed to be a birth, death or marriage 

I did find a Mary Monica Sexton (age 25) death registered 4th quarter 1900 Limerick volume 5 page 239

sorry I have cut and pasted a birth entry but its her parents I need to try and find or siblings x

As the index doesn't give mother's maiden name the best thing to do would be order a copy of her birth cert

Than you can look for her parents marriage and so on.

If the family lived in Limerick city you could see if she is in the Electrors Register
