That entry is from Familysearch. If you copy the Film Number and enter it in the search of their catalogue it says its from the Archdeaconry of Sudbury Bishops Transcripts and no parish is specified. Hartest is a possiblity as its in that Archdeaconry. Hartest isn't that far from Ipswich, albeit its on the western side of the Archdeaconry. Ipswich came under the Archdeaconry of Suffolk which covers the eastern part of the county with Ipswich being one of the more further west places in that Archdeaconry.
