The military record mentions a daughter, Helen Harley GEORGE. She was born in Adelaide, South Australia, in 1916.

Samuel Harley GEORGE has a probate available (not online) at NSW state records. He died on 1/1/1965

I notice that in the file there is an application for commission he is 32 years 4 months and his NoK is his wife Eileen Kathleen George (pg 32) the previous page dated the 30/6/15 he is aged 32 years 10 months and he states he is a widower and NoK is his father Alfred Harley George,so it appears that Eileen may be Harley Edward's mother.
