Hello,

My GGGGrandfather was from Balladerine or Ballyderine, Mayo County....but I can't find any cities by that name.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried the 'Townland Database' --- you can just insert the first few letters of a place and possible locations will pop up.

Places of interest;
Lancashire, West Yorkshire, Southern Ireland, Scotland.

Hi, another possibility for the townland could be Ballindine which is in South Mayo near the border of county Galway. Kim
