Owen CONNOLLY b. 17 March 1917, lived in Virginia, Cavan

Seeking ANY information about Owen CONNOLLY, born 17th March 1917, (birth registered in Baillieborough, Cavan).
Owen is believed to have been the son of a farmer (pigs?) in Virginia, Cavan.  Owen is believed to have gone to England circa 1956/7 and married Kathleen Bridget McNALLY in 1957.  They had at least one daughter, Mary Catherine, but the marriage was short-lived.  Did he remarry?
Owen is believed to have had at least two sisters, who preceded him to England, married & had children.
Owen may have died in Lambeth in 1998.
ANY information would be very gratefully received!!

Have you not gotten his birth certificate yet? it will confirm date of birth, give exact place if birth and names of both parents (unless illegitimate)

You may need to edit your post if the daughter is still living
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

A possibility is an Owen Connolly who was baptised the next day (18th March 1917) in Knockbride RC parish, his parents were Patrick Connolly and Kate Farrelly, the address was Drumhillagh (all of which is on the money for a Bailieborough civil registration).  Parents Patrick Connolly (father Thomas Connolly) and Kate Farrelly (father Owen Farrelly) got married on 8 April 1907 in Knockbride RC parish, other children to the couple included Mary Daphne (1909) and Catherine Ellen (c. Sept. 1911), it looks like Mary Daphne died early, for this looks like the couple in 1911:

There was also a daughter born 1920, address still Drumhillagh, I've pm'ed the details.

Sorry, I was certain that this Owen Connolly was the right man.  Age, place of birth and other facts all pointed to him, but I now know that this is not the father I am seeking.
