I am searching for information on James Brown B: 1814 In County Wicklow.
Father was James Brown B: 1783 Enniskillen, Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, he was a farmer and Chelsea pensioner from the 27th Inniskillin Regiment of Foot.
Mother was Mary Brown B: 1780
Brother was William Brown born around 1815.
The family left Wicklow for Ontario Canada in around 1820 to 1830? Settled in Adelaide Township Ontario

www.nationalarchives.ie has Tithe Applotment records which show entries for a James Browne in Wicklow.
Also depending on denomination of your ancestor www.registers.nli.ie which has Parish Records for Baptisms & Marriages for Ireland - you would need to know Parish they originated in.
