Hi Westy

Nothing showing on the Notts FHS CD for those names

The nearest I can get is this one for Joseph

Joseph Whitelocks 10.3. 1768 to Joseph & Martha at Awsworth, St Peters

How sure are you about their birthdates?  Have you found their burials and where were their children baptised?

Carol

Hello Carol,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to my post.

Do you have the information from the marriage bond?

14.10.1785
Joseph Whitlark, woolstapler of Nottingham, bac, 21
Mary Watte of Nottingham, spin, 21
John Warburton, hosier of Nottingham was bondsman

I think when it say 21 it usually means 21 or over

Carol

Thanks for that Carol.  Is all news to me and thank you so much for your efforts.
