Help with place name
« on: Saturday 27 February 16 20:08 GMT (UK) »
I have an Inishowen marriage record that has a townland that I cannot figure out.

The bride is from Mulkerra ??? ??? ??? The groom is from Druminderry so Mulkerra must be fairly close.

It's probably a phonetic spelling but I cannot think of what it could be  :P The "rra" bit might be "ragh"  ???

Any guesses  ;D

Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.

Very cool :) I see a few very familiar names on there. It always helps to have another place to find info.
