Update !

Finally sorted 12 March  :)

Sent second {firm!} e-mail via "support" 5th March

Download was OK but results {which were ready on the 3rd March} failed to come through "due to a bug in the system" ???

Discovered I was not the only one from the Forum chat

Now what on earth do I do with all this information?
I have 'Genetic data provided as five Tab delimited columns' ???

There are 3 headings :- rsid  chromosome  position and allele1 allel2   ???
What do they mean? What do I do with them?
I stopped printing after 8 pages, there were lots more!

Hi Kooky

I don't think they're much use to any if us in that form unless we're high powered geneticists.  The file (in the zipped form) is for uploading to other DNA sites for matching/analysis there (e.g. My Heritage, gedmatch, etc).
