There are some published trees which show Edmond's wife as Mary Tobin.

The marriage is here http://registers.nli.ie/registers/vtls000632183#page/66/mode/1up

March 20th 1877

The entry begins with 'cum dispens... ' and I think mentions 'consanguinity' which would mean they were related.

Rechecked- that's the one below I think. Theirs is a different dispensation possibly - too feint to read.

I think the record reads something like "dispensation to banns... tempore". In tempore means "in the matter of time" i.e. short notice. So it seems that the notice given of intention to marry was short, and a dispensation was also granted on that basis. The witnesses look like Thomas Tobin and Bridget Phelan? It's hard to read.

James Kiely born 1889 a married Margaret Condon in 1917 ... I also believe that Mon John Kielys brother married to sis Condon I do not know her proper name

Do you mean that another brother of James and Fr John married another Condon?
