William Tourney Brown b 1857, Glasgow. Madras marriage 1897
« on: Monday 07 March 16 12:01 GMT (UK) »
I am trying to discover more about William's 2nd marriage.  His wife's name was Adeline Sophia Woods Scawen.  All I can gather is she was a widow and related by marriage to the father of the famous Woods Scawen WW2 pilots.  She may have been Anglo-Indian. William was a Theosophist with connections in London, Madras and Boston (USA).

Thank you!  That will help me find out where they went from Madras, as I wasn't able to find a record of death in India.
