Hello, I am trying to find the exact date of my Grandfathers birth William Carr. Here is an extract from the Newcastle Evening Chronicle 1924.
Carr _ 30 River Street, St Peters, 23rd inst., aged 39 years, William dearly beloved husband of Elizabeth Carr. Interment All Saints Cemetery, Monday; lift 1.45. All friends, neighbours, members of the Byker No.2 Branch AEU and the Byker and St Peters Working Men’s Social Club kindly invited.
I wondered if there were any records at the Working Mens Club giving his date of birth.
I know the family name is very common in the North East any help would be appreciated.
