stacey and nicholls of Lyng Middlezoy and then Walton and Street

I believe Samuel Stacet b 1850 Lyng died 1937 in Wells, but I can't find the date of his wife's death. In 1911 they were living on the Walton/Street border and I believe she saw out her days there. She was born in Middlezoy around 1851. Any help would be greatfully received.

Hope you don't mind me adding this. Samuel Stacey died 4 January 1937 at 2 Bowling Green, Street, Somerset. The info was from his probate online. Stacey is still a popular surname around the Street area. I am not related at all although the surname Nicholls crops up in my husbands family.

1922 and 1947 seem to be the only possible dates for the death of Elizabeth Stacey nee Nicholls who I believe died in Street. I can not tie up a birth and wonder if anyone can shed any light and confirm the correct death and ideally the birth. She married Samuel Stacey and lived at Bowling Green, Street.

I think spelling may have been an issue in your searching - they seem to become Nicholls later.

The 1947 death is a little unlikely - that Elizabeth was  b c1875.

Also just found a probate entry for that death - the person lived at Walton-near-Street and was wife of Albert

Many thanks. I am puzzled that Sam Stacey died in 1937 and his wife wasn't mentioned in the newsaper report.
I have been trying to find a report without luck for 1922.
The death for 1922 does seem to tie up as it gives an age of 69.
