Barbara Gunn 1815 & Elizabeth Gunn 1820
« on: Friday 11 March 16 13:38 GMT (UK) »
I was wondering if anyone can help me confirm or disprove the relationship between these two.

I have a Williamina Sutherland B. 8 Aug 1868 in Dunbeath, Daughter of Donald Sutherland b. 25 Sept 1836 in Latheron & Ann(ie) Grant b. 29 Sept 1838 in Ramscraigs They married 5 Feb 1857 in Dunbeth.

Donald Gunn Sutherland was the son of Hugh Sutherland b. 1813 Balachuistel & Barbara Gunn b. 1815 Dunbeth, married 1 Jan 1836 in Latheron

Ann Grant was the daughter of John Grant 1820 Caithness & Elizabeth Gunn 1820 Caithness

Hugh Sutherland I have traced a bit past, John Grant I've not managed past him...Here is were it gets....odd.... I have that Elizabeth Gunn & Barbara Gun are sisters..... both the daughters of Robert Gunn b.1780 in Caithness & Isabella Sinclair b. 1783 Caithness, married 7 Feb 1805 in Latheron

Can anyone help?

Hi ,

If Barbara or Elizabeth(or both) died after 1854 the death certificates would hopefully confirm parents.
