Lost another one!    Above born 29 June 1895 Leith to Andrew George and Mary Ann (Gay).   I have her in 1911 in Leith with her mother  but nothing after that.

Presume you have checked Scotlands People for a marriage or death?

There is one match for that name - a marriage between 1911-1930

Carlin (Ireland & Liverpool) Doughty & Wright (Liverpool) Dick & Park (Scotland & Liverpool)

What 1931 marriage?  I only searched 1911-1930.  I searched again and narrowed it down to between 1911-1918 - again - only one match for the full name

Hi, the Jessie who was the daughter of Andrew George and Mary Ann Taylor (not come across anything that shows Anderson as her middle name though - not on death certificate and all their other children had 'Gay' as middle name, even if not always stated on all certificates ) died on 6 March 1913 aged 17 (death registered by mother).  Died of:-
1. Acute enteritis (a few days)
2. Valvular heart disease (duration unknown)
3. Exhaustion from delirium (over 2 weeks)
Died at the Royal Assylum, Edinburgh (Morningside), although normal residence was parents' address. Her occupation was 'domestic servant'.
