Herbert Henry N Sharp born in Boston 1924, married 1947 in Boston (to Joyce), died 2004 Lincs.

Herbert Henry Sharp born in Grimsby 1916, married 1942 in Grimsby (to Emma), died 1977 Grimsby.

The free index for 1939 has Emma L Sharp (Aldred) born c1919 Grimsby district

The information I was given, was that Herbert Henry was born 25th December 1924, but it looks as though that was wrong, as I am told he was married in Grimsby, so it can't be the one with the last initial 'N'.  It must be the one who is just Herbert Henry

I don't know Cathy.  This is the family of my son's wife.  This seems to be all the information she has and she has asked me to see what I can find out for her.
I will email her and ask if she knows about brothers and sisters

If its not Henry H N then my siblings theory and possible parents falls down ,so siblings probably not applicable now
