Sarah Rowlands born 1873

Hi, mainly this is because I am a cheap skate and don't want to pay the bucks to view the 1939 register 
My great grandfather George Antliff, living in Caunton was living with Sarah Rowlands. Now this lady does not feature in my family tree. My father had a photo of George with a lady and always told me it was his grandad's housekeeper. I am thinking this could be Sarah.
 Does anyone have a Sarah Rowlands born 1873 in their tree, and would they like a copy of this photo? of course this could be her maiden or married name.
A wild card I know, but stranger things have happened
