I am stuck with Richard Willard born 1738, married Alice Burman in Tealby in Lincolnshire in 1774
Would anyone be able to enlighten me about his parents. Alice his wife was born in 1741 in Middle Raison Lincolnshire. I will be grateful for any help  thank you

For what it's worth, Richard's abode at time of marriage was Market Rasen (top right) http://www.lincstothepast.com/Records/RecordDisplayTranscript.aspx?oid=620674&iid=227759

The only marriage in my index in the right area (and era) for his (potential) parents was 1753 at Searby.

George WILLFORD to Jane METCALF (about 5th line on right) http://www.lincstothepast.com/Records/RecordDisplayTranscript.aspx?oid=576990&iid=345166

Interestingly George was said to be of Bridlington - which is many miles away in Yorkshire. However there is a Spridlington in Lincs, about 7 miles WSW of Mkt Rasen and 15 miles south of Searby.

I can't see any children of the WILLFORD/METCALF marriage.  :-\

Today I broke my personal record for most consecutive days alive.

Thank you for sending me to the Linc to past website. I will work with that and see what I can find. Richard was born in 1738 so his parents marriage would have been before that date. You have been a great help, thank you
