Now, put DRAFF* in the spouse surname box, - names often don't have the spelling we expect so the first few letters and a * will bring up the 'possibles', don't specify a county, or a place, start countrywide and if you get zillions of results, go back and specify the most likely county.
for the year range try 1915 - 1930. Wide searches often bring results and you can always refine them later
That only brings up one result. It says a John J Dodds married someone with the surname DraffAn (note the spelling) in the 2nd quarter of 1923, Lanchester district.
Click on the page number and you will get a list of the couples on that page in the marriage register.
Click on the little 'glasses' icon to check that the details have been transcribed accurately.
Make a note of the year, quarter, spelling of names, volume and page number and then order the certificate from the GRO online.
https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/Takes a week or so to arrive and the cost is £9.25.
Once you have the cert, you will know their ages at the time of the marriage, both fathers' names (if known) occupation etc. That info will help you to progress. I'd recommend taking it a step at a time and making sure each stage is right before going backwards.
So that's the 'how' to find it, I see others have also given you specifics on the result.
If you need further advice about sending for the cert etc, pop back and we will try to help.
