I have James Murphy from Antrim  Wife Susan  children  Eliza Jane and Mary  both  on 1901 census in Antrim.  Cannot find them on 1911, when they would have Anne 1905, Francis 1907 and John 1910 born Newry. I have looked cannot find them at  all?

None of the places starting with Hill are listed in 1911.
1901

1911

Is this one of those cases where it's buried in the system and you have to put in the number to find it?

Or perhaps just missing.
The last family on Herrons Row are 151661
The first on Howe St. Are 151662
If they are there wouldn't they be between these two streets?

That number logic doesn't work for 1901 so perhaps they are there but how do you find them?

Ah it's the original images you need to check, they only have numbers in the address no street names.

There is a page like this one between each street http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/reels/nai001447047/
Using the Second page of the Household Return form for the last family on a street, you get the last image for that street, go up one number you get a page as per the link above.
I guess with a pen and paper you could check the number on the 'between' page to work out if there is a set missing.
From the bit I tried I don't think any of the streets starting with Hill are there.

Just waiting for someone to say they were all demolished in 190?........

I was looking up some death's of my Dingle relatives in Kilbarrick cemetery and came across the following
Catherine Henvy 1904 age 4 dtr of John  (Kate on 1901 census)
Alice Henvy dtr of John and Ellen Hughes age 5 months Dec 1909
Patrick Henvy age 10 weeks 3rd March 1918 buried by Thomas
Thomas Henvy age 2 14 June 1914 buried by Thomas

When searching the index here search as HENRY they do not show up using Henvy
http://buried.fingal.ie/search-for-a-burial/

just remembered your topic and the problems with the spelling of the name.

edited to add there are also burials for Thomas and Bridget plus others under spelling HENVEY
