Hi!
Can anyone assist in the following?

I am trying to view the will of a Tobias (Toby) Pleadall (sometimes spelt as Pleydell, Pledall) who died in 1633 in Cumnor, Berkshire. Cant seem to find his will (or contents)? He married Elizabeth (possibly Wilton) and I don't think he had issue. Elizabeth Pledall died in 1634 in Cumnor, Berkshire.

Any help with the above or Tobias parentage much appreciated! :)

That's a very old index to the Berkshire wills - and is not always accurate, but most wills in it are to be found in the Berkshire Record Office.  The BRO & Berks FHS sell a CD of a modern index to all the Archdeaconry wills - more reliable but also considerably more expensive than a free download of the old book.

The Berkshire wills are not online yet.
