This is my great great grandmother's birth certificate.

Her name was Catherine Dyer. Please Help me decipher the information

Catherine Dyer born July 11th 1862 at 7.00 am at 44 New Wynd Glasgow.
Father - Patrick Dyer - Porter in Ham Store ?
Mother -  Mary Dyer. Maiden surname McDonald
Parents marriage - September 5th 1861 Glasgow
Mary Dyer Mother is informant - marked X her mark.
HK Melville - Assistant Registrar - witness.
