Isabella Middlemass, Lowick

Looking for information on Isabella Middlemass, born in Lowick c.1801.   Mother's name Elizabeth b.c.1871.   Any help will be appreciated.

I presume you have access to Ancestry?  There is a tree on there that shows Isabella, daughter of Elizabeth and married to John Cockburn.  She had 2 children, John and Elizabeth.  She died 5 July, 1861 in Edinburgh.  You should be able to pick up the 1841, 51 and 61 censuses from this.

Thanks for your reply.   I have a lot of information about Isabella after her marriage.   What I would love to find out is information about her and her Mother before they moved to Scotland.

I have Middlem*ss in my line and I have collected quite a lot of Northumberland Middlem*ss data. I am interested in identifying these people - please could you give more information.

How did you arrive at these names and birth dates? Where was Isabella in the censuses? Is this John Cockburn family yours? ... etc ... thanks.

Isabel Middlemass who married John Cockburn is part of my husband's family tree.   Her Mother was Elizabeth but I have no  record of her Father.  1851 Census gives Lowick, England as Isabel's  place of birth.

How do you know her mother was Elizabeth? She's not named on Isabella's deatht certificate.
