The 1891 entry is transcribed correctly and Alexander is 2yrs old - here's the reference  Forres ED 3 Page 5 Line 7

The 1891 entry is on any of the subscription sites but I found it on Ancestry.

You would need to use Scotlands People to look him up on the 1911 census by which time he was around 23yrs old and may possibly have married

You can also use the same website to search for a death for him.  Scotlands People is a pay per view site and you have to purchase credits as it is not an annual subscription site

Hi ,

From the Libindx website I think Alexander's mother Mary Robb died the 18th Jan. 1908(born c1857).
His father George Walker(cattle dealer died 19th March 1919 , age 61) remarried to Mary Ann Wood 7th Jan. 1911.
http://libindx.moray.gov.uk/mainmenu.asp

From the 1911 Census index -
Forres , Moray
George Walker 53 , also in the household Alexander Walker age 22.
From the other children(Joseph , Richard) in the 1901 Census , I'm fairly certain this is the family you are after.

You can't 'bring up' the census via LIBINDX as they don't have it. To get the 1911 census you have to go to Scotland's People. It is not available anywhere else.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
