WOODS Marriage

Folks,
William Woods b 1856 in Farcet,Huntingdonshire,son of John and Margaret appears in 1881 census in North Bierley,occupation ironstone miner, with a wife Martha and two children.On census returns Martha shows her pob as Cleckheaton,Tong or Birstall and born c 1855.I have yet to find a marriage to fit,closest is in 1877 at Bradford of WOOD to Garside but his father's name is recorded as William.
Any assistance appreciated.

One of the children's birth certificates would supply the mother's maiden name.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!

William is a very distant relative so this may sit on the shelf for a while.

Martha Garside married William Wood 1877 Bradford Yorkshire.No s on Wood.Maybe this is the marriage.

I had added Garside to my tree,though William's father's name is wrong.Checked trees on A*******Y and William Wood and Martha Garside ended up in Australia.I am now checking again to see if Martha's maiden name was Woods.
