Looking for info about Dixon Hadaway of North Shields who became the first commercial traveller for the early Cadbury Chocolate Company. Was he responsible for the phrase 'hadaway the boys'.

Is he an ancestor?   No information given as to when or where he was born

Have you looked for him on the various censuses to establish his family etc?
