Who was Rose Ann who married William Gallagher of Belleek and when?

Please could anyone help me with the following?

I am trying to find the maiden surname of William Gallagher's wife Rose Ann and am finding it very difficult even though we have the burial details.

They are buried in the RC Cemetery in Belleek and on the grave it states that William was born 1851 and died on the 4th March 1923 aged 72.  Rose Ann was born 1864 and died 27th March 1936 aged 72.  Also their spinster daughter Bridget aka Black Biddy born 1886 died 2nd May 1965 aged 79.

I am also trying to find the date of marriage for William and Rose Ann but again am having difficulty.

Any information at all to give me a lead on the above would be greatly appreciated.
