I have a Coyne / Codd issue over in Kinnegad Parish. I have been told that Coyne is generally a Catholic name and Codd a protestant one

Was anyone ever able to find records before 1821?  The links in the conversation are broken at this time.

Difficult to tell if it was RC or COI records that were required but both are listed here
